PG страх., амер. группа приобретения [покупки\] страхования* (группа, образованная из нескольких предприятий, занятых сходной деятельностью и имеющих сходные риски, для совместного приобретения страховых полисов; в отличие от группы удержания рисков не осуществляет собственно страхования, а только выступает в роли покупателя при приобретении полиса у лицензированной страховой компании; создание таких групп было предусмотрено законом "Об удержании риска ответственности за продукт" от 1981 г., но их деятельность, в соответствии с требованиями этого закона, ограничивалась преимущественно страхованием ответственности за продукт; закон "Об удержании риска ответственности" от 1986 г. расширил возможности создания таких групп и предоставил им возможность участвовать в приобретении полисов других видов страхования ответственности)
